One team for the whole utility side of a plant.
MHM Engineering is the engineering and project arm of the MHM group. It grew out of MHM Machineries BD Ltd, a manufacturer of chillers and cooling towers, when customers began asking for more than a machine: they wanted one company to design, deliver and look after the entire cooling and utility side of a factory. We work from our office at 846 East Shewrapara, Mirpur, Dhaka, and on site wherever the equipment runs.
We design, supply, install and maintain electric chillers, cooling towers, HVAC and ventilation, ducting and piping, plate heat exchangers, pumps and motors, water treatment plants and chemicals, BMS and electrical panels, LPG and SNG systems and rooftop solar. Some of it we manufacture ourselves; the rest comes from brands we officially represent and can support with genuine spares.
Every job starts with a site visit and a heat-load calculation, not a price list. Our engineers size the plant, check the electrical and water side, and only then recommend equipment. After commissioning, the same team stays on through an annual maintenance contract, so the person who answers your call already knows your plant.

Engineering first
We size before we sell. A site survey, a heat-load calculation and a written recommendation come before any quotation, so the chiller or cooling tower you buy is the one your plant actually needs.
Genuine parts & brands
We supply only what we can support: MHM, Carrier, TICA, SIEMENS and the other brands we officially represent, with genuine spares, catalogues and factory documentation for every unit.
Service you can call
A Dhaka-based service team you reach on the phone, not through a form. Technicians come to site, carry the spares they are likely to need, and stay until the plant is back on load.
