Overview
The MHM Air Cooled Scroll Chiller is a packaged, factory-assembled unit that rejects heat straight to ambient air through V-shaped microchannel condenser coils and axial fans. Hermetic scroll compressors on independent refrigerant circuits stage capacity to the actual load, so part-load efficiency stays high through the seasonal swing of Dhaka's climate. Because there is no condenser water loop, the installation needs only a chilled-water connection and a three-phase supply.
It fits where roof or yard space is available but make-up water, chemical dosing and tower cleaning are not wanted — mid-size textile dyeing, plastic moulding, pharmaceutical HVAC and commercial buildings. MHM Engineering selects the model against your measured load, supplies the unit with insulated chilled-water piping and pumps, commissions it on site and supports it afterwards with genuine spare parts and an annual maintenance contract from our own team in Mirpur.

Hermetic scroll compressors on 2 independent refrigerant circuits give staged capacity, quiet running and fewer moving parts to service over the life of the unit.
All-aluminium microchannel coils reject heat with a smaller refrigerant charge and lower air-side pressure drop than conventional tube-and-fin condensers.
Microprocessor controller with chilled-water setpoint control, compressor sequencing, alarm history, run-hour logging and a Modbus interface for your BMS.
Aerofoil axial fans with EC axial motors keep sound levels suited to rooftops beside offices, with head-pressure control for stable operation in cooler months.
Grooved chilled-water connections, factory-fitted flow switch and strainer make site piping fast and clean. Optional integrated pump and buffer tank on request.
Commissioning, annual maintenance contracts and genuine spare parts from MHM Engineering's own service engineers based in Mirpur, Dhaka — no waiting on a foreign agent.
